可固定新型胃管的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：为解决胃管的固定、刻度及夹管问题 ,设计了可固定新型胃管。将 10 0例患者随机分为两组。试验组应用可固定新型胃管 ,采用新法操作 ;对照组应用普通胃管 ,采用常规操作。每组各 5 0例。观察记录两组置管所需时间 ,插管一次成功率 ,胃管脱落及感觉情况。结果实验组平均置管时间为 4.62分钟 ,一次插管成功率 96% ,无一例脱管 ,病人感觉舒适 45例 ,无皮肤损伤 ;对照组平均置管时间为 6.0 4分钟 ,一次插管成功率 78% ,脱管 4例 ,感觉舒适 3 2例 ,皮肤损伤 5例。两组各检测项目经统计学处理均有显著差异。认为应用可固定新型胃管操作简单 ,节省时间 ,且感觉舒适 ,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益 。To evaluate the fixation,scale and clipping of fixed gastric tube.One hundred patients were divided into two grops.The experimental group (n=50) received treatment with fixed gastric tube,control group (n=50) received treatment with ordinary gastric tuble.The persistence and the patients' feeling and the successful rate of intubation were recorded.The results showed that the persistence in the experinmental group is less than that in the control group.There are no gastric tube shedding out of the stomach in the experimental group.The patients'feeling is better than that in the control group.It is concluded that the fixed gastric tube is better than ordinary gastric tube .It is comfortable ,convenient and worth spreading.
