土壤水分对高山红景天生长和红景天甙含量的影响

摘　　要：温室中 3种土壤水分条件 (土壤相对含水量分别为 35 %～ 5 5 %、5 5 %～ 75 %和 75 %～ 95 % )下 ,以 5 5 %～ 75 %土壤相对含水量上生长的高山红景天的株高、生物量。Effect of soil moisture on plant growth and salidroside contents in Rhodiola sachalinensis was investigated at three levels of relative soil moisture of 35%～55%, 55%～75% and 75%～95% respectively in the greenhouse. Results revealed that maximal values of plant height, biomass, root salidroside content and yield of Rh. sachalinensis were under the relative soil moisture of 55%～75%.
