胆囊壁声像图改变对鉴别肝硬化性与恶性肿瘤性腹水的价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨胆囊壁声像图改变对鉴别肝硬化性与恶性肿瘤性腹水的价值。方法　对 10 1例肝硬化性腹水与 5 7例恶性肿瘤性腹水的胆囊壁声像图进行回顾性分析 ,主要观察胆囊壁厚度及回声。结果 :肝硬化性腹水胆囊壁均增厚且4 8.5 % (4 9/ 10 1)呈双层增厚回声 ;恶性肿瘤性腹水胆囊壁多不增厚 ,单层中度增厚仅 1.7% (1/ 5 7)。结论　胆囊壁增厚 。Objective:To study the changes of the images of cholecyst wall to distinguish ascites due to cirrhosis from that due to malignant tumor.Methods:101 cases with ascites of cirrhosis and 57 cases with malignant ascites were studied retropectively by cholecystic ultrasonography,mainly to observe the thickness of cholecyst wall.Results:The thickness of cholecyst wall have been equally increased in patients with ascites due to cirrhosis.48.5% (49/101) showed double-layer thickness images.The wall of gallbladder with ascites due to malignant tumor were normal,only account for 1.7% (1/57) showed slightly single-layer thickness images.Conclusion The important point is the thickening cholecyst wall,especially the double-layer thickness.It can distinguish ascites due to cirrhosis from that due to malignant tumor.
