血清HBV-DNA检测的临床价值  

Clinical Uses of Detection of Serum Hepatitis B Virus DNA Using Dot-hybridization and Polymerase Chain Reaction

摘  要:选用分子斑点杂交法和多聚酶链反应(PCR)观察107例疑为乙型肝炎患者HBV-DNA检出情况,分析HBV-DNA与HBV血清抗原抗体标记物检出的关系,初步比较目前采用的这两种方去,认为分子斑点杂交法在应用中优于PCR,值得推广。Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) assay and dot-hybridization test were used in sera of 107 patients to detect hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA. The results of two methods were similer. Detection of HBV-DNA in serum was obviously relative to patients with positive for HBeAg or HBeAb, if HBsAg and HBcAb was positive in dot-hybridization test; 3 patients were positive for HBV-DNA in 4 cases who were negative for HBsAg,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb.These data showed that dot-hyridization test was useful in detection of serum HBV-DNA.
