摘  要:本文研究了Se(Ⅳ)催化过氧化氢氧化苯肼,继而与α-萘胺偶联反应生成偶氮染料的最佳条件,建立了测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)的新催化光度法.本法灵敏度高(ε=6.32×10~7),检测下限0.003ng/ml,测定线性范围为0~12ng/50ml,应用于人参、人参系列药物及江水、井水中测定痕量硒(Ⅳ),结果较满意.This paper is designed to study the best conditions of the catalytic reaction of hydrogen peroxide oxidizing-phenylhydrazine by Se ( Ⅳ ), and then the coupling reaction with a-naphthylamine to pro-uce azo dyes.The paper shows how they invented a new catalytic photometric method for measuring trace selenium. The method is easy to operate.lt is sensitive and less prone of interference. Its maximum absorbance is 530nm, the low limit of determination is 0.003ng/ml, the determination linear range is 0-12ng/50ml in accordance with the Beer's law. It is a satisfactoty method in determination of trace selenium in ginseng, ginseng medicine series and river water well water.
