摘  要:钢铁样品在HCl—H_3PO_4混合酸的作用下,硫以硫化氢逸出,经酸洗后用碱液吸收,直接于紫外区进行测定.实验发现:负二价硫离子的吸收峰波长为229nm,ε=5×10~4,若适当加大取样量,可测定钢铁中0.001%的硫.本实验没有发现干扰,选择性高,操作简单.It is found that sulfsde has an absorption peak at 229nm and ?is about 104. According to the fact,sulfur in iron and steel -was determined by generation of H2S.The sample was dissolved in H3PO4 -MCl and H2S was evaporated by heating the sample solution and washed through HC(1+l), then absorbed in 0.1mol/L NaOH. The absorption of this solution was measured with the reference of H2O directly, the content of sulfur was obtained from the response curve of standard of sulfide. If sample we ight is over lg, 0.001% of sulfur can be determined.The method discribed is'of high sensitivity and convenience and no interference has been found.
