摘  要:在高温炉窑的传热计算中,各种燃料燃烧火焰(烟气)的黑度值是经常用到的热工数据,但目前各种计算公式和图表只能用于气体燃料,给计算带来了很大的不便。本文从理论推导出了气、液、固各态燃料都能使用的燃烧火焰的黑度计算公式,用它对各种燃料的火焰黑度计算表明,计算值很接近实测值,也就是说,该推导式能用于实际工程的计算。On heat transfer calculation of high temperature furnaces, the blackness values of combustion flame of different fuels are constantly used thermo - technical data, but at present all kinds of calculation formulas and figures are only fit for gas fuel, which causes a lot of difficulties in calculation. In this paper , the combustion flame blackness calculation formula suitable to gas, liquid and solid fuels is derived from the theory, by which combustion flame blackness values of various fuels are calculated, the calculated values are very close to the actually measured ones, and in other words the derived calculation formula is suitable for actual engineering calculation.
