双氯芬酸二乙胺盐凝胶治疗闭合性软组织损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察双氯芬酸二乙胺盐凝胶临床疗效和安全性。方法　选择闭合性软组织损伤患者 80例 ,应用双氯芬酸二乙胺盐凝胶 (治疗组 )和双氯芬酸钠凝胶 (对照组 )进行双盲随机平行对照临床试验。结果　治疗组和对照组治疗前后症状、体征和综合疗效有明显差异 (P <0 0 1)。治疗组起效时间明显早于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗期间不良反应少且轻微。结论　双氯芬酸二乙胺盐凝胶治疗闭合性软组织损伤起效快 ,疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safty of diclofenac diethylamine salt gel. Methods Eighty cases of closed injury of soft tissue were treated with diclofenac diethylamine salt gel (treatment group) and diclofenac sodium gel (control group). Double blind random parallel control trial was performed. Results There was significant diference in symptoms, physical signs and synthetical curative effects between the two groups before and after treatment ( P <0 01). In the treatment group, the time that diclofenac diethylamine salt gel played a role in was faster ( P <0 01), and the adverse reaction was less and slighter than in the control group. Conclusion Diclofenac diethylamine salt gel could be used to treat closed injury of soft tissue. The time that it played a role was fast and its curative effect was satisfactory.
