摘 要:研究和计算了连铸工序盛钢桶、中间包钢液的传热过程,计算的温度降与实测结果吻合;指出了过程的最大热损失是包衬蓄热,LF炉对钢液加热包衬蓄热达到准平衡态时钢液在盛衫桶中的温降速率可小于或等于1℃/min,中间包中小于或等于0.5℃/min,中间包钢液过热度能稳定控制在15~35℃,此时连铸工艺稳定,铸坯质量良好。The molten steel heat transfer process of teeming ladle and tundish in continuous cast procedure is studied and computed, computed temperature drop being identical with practically measured result . This paper also points out that the largest heat loss of the heat transfer process is lining heat accumulation, molten steel temperature drop rate in teeming ladle can be equal to or less than 1℃/min and in tundish equal to or less than 0. 5℃/min when molten steel heating and lining heat accumulation in LF get to quasi-equilibrium state , if molten steel overheating temperature can be steadily controlled between 15~35℃, continuous cast technology can be steady with casting blank in good quality.
