摘 要:阐述了现有热风炉存在的寿命短、造价高等问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,基于理论分析和试验研究,提出了解决问题的方法;(1)采用受热面壁温控制技术,可卓有成效地控制受热面壁温低于碳钢的极限耐热温度,使热风炉用普碳钢受热面也可长期运行;(2)采用强化传热元件,比传统传热元件单侧放热系数提高60%以上,在传热量一定时,可节省受热面金属,降低成本,(3)采用膨胀补偿装置,以解决管子之间及管子与管箱外壳之间膨胀不同引起的热风炉损坏问题。还介绍了新型热风炉的应用情况。What cause short service and high cost for at-present hot-air boilers is expounded and analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental study, this paper puts forward several methods to solve the problems: (1) Adopting heat-receiving surface temperature control technology effectivelly makes the heat-receiving surface temperature under the heat-resistant temperature limit of carbon steel and hot-air boiler whose heat-receiving wall made of general carbon steel operated long. (2) Using heat-transfer-strengthening elements causes single side heat-releasing coefficient increased by over 60% than conventional heat transfer element, and results in saving steel used to make heat receiving wall and reducing cost when the amount of heat transfer being constant. (3) Applying expansion compensation element to solve the problem that hot-air boilers being destroyed by different expansion among tubes or between tubes and the shell of tube chamber. This paper also introduces application of the new type of hot-air boiler.
