黄芪水提物和知母甙元ZMS对28~30月龄大鼠外周血淋巴细胞受体的调节作用  被引量:6

摘  要:以125Ⅰ-心得静为放射配基,测定完整淋巴细胞β受体。多点法可得到典型单位点饱和曲线。在饱和区选定配基浓建立单位法,测定SD大鼠外周血淋巴细胞β受体的密度。结果28~30月龄鼠明显低于5~6月龄成年鼠。长期口服补气药黄芪有明显上调作用,而长期口服知母甙元ZMS无类似作用。以上结果与老龄时脑β受体降低及黄芪有上调作用而知母生地无上调作用基本吻合。technique for measuring β-adrenoceptor density of intact lymphocpe with 125I-Pindolol was established. Typicalsingle site saturation curve was obtained with multi-point method. A suitable 125I-pindolol concentration was selectedfrom the saturation curve for the single-point method and with this method, the β-adrenoceptor densities of the peripheral lymphocytes of old (28-30 montha old) and adult (5-6 months old) SD rats were determined. It was found thatthe rasptor density was significantly lower in the old group than that in the young group (1l. 45±0. 15 versus 1. 86±0.17 fmol/106cells. P<O. 01). Which is in agreement with the change of β-adrenoceptors in btain. and that whentestal drugs orany given to the old SD rats. Huangqi (Astragnlus membranaceus Bge. ) could significantly resutate upthe β-adrenoceptor density (2. 23±0. 31 versue 1. 49±0. 19 f mol/10 calls, P<0. 01) but sapogenin ZMS fromZhimu (Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. ) could not do so. which is also similiar to the response of brain β-adrenoceptors to the two drugs.
