蚯蚓酶制剂对家兔血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：双胸蚓组织粗提液经分段盐析、透析除盐及DEAE-纤维素结合萃取,获得含多种纤溶酶的酶制剂。动物实验表明,该制剂有明显改善血液流变学的作用,使血小板聚集作用、全血及血浆粘度、红细胞刚性指数均显著降低,有显著性差异(P<0.001)。A hemorheologic change has been tound in rabbits alter using a preparation of fibrinolytic enzymes, The enzymes were isolated from earth worm tissue and obtained by ammonium sulphate precipitation and DEAE-cellulose chromatography, The experiment shows that the enzymatic solution obviously lowered the aggregation degree of platelets, and decreased the viscosity of whole blood and plasma as as well as the erythrocyte rigidity significantly (P<0.001)
