益智方对小鼠学习记忆的影响及其作用机理初探

摘　　要：采用跳台法和避暗法观察了益智方对小鼠学习记忆的影响，结果显示益智方能改善化学药品和自然衰老所致小鼠的学习记忆障碍。研究进一步证明，益智方的益智作用与增加皮层和海马的Ｍ－胆碱受体数量，改变乙酸胆碱含量和降低Ｂ型单胺氧化酶活性有关。AbstractIn order to observe the effect of Yi Zhi Jiaonang on learning and memory in mice, Methods of step down test andstep through test were used. Results showed that the improvement effect of Yi Zhi Jiaonang on learning and memorydisorders induced by chemicals. It was also obeerved that the improvement effect of Yi Zhi Jiaonang on Learnins andmemory function in aging mice.The agins mice were subsequently decapitated and the concentration of acetylcholine (Ach)was measured with ra-dioimmunoassay and muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (M-R) was detected with radiolig and receptor binding assaym,and the activity of B-type monoamines oxidase (MAO-B) was also determined in the cortex incorPOrated with hip-pocampus.Results evidenced that administration of the drug Yi Zhi Jiaonang to the senescent mice increased M-R dose- dependpntly. while the concentration of Ach was decreased. and the activity of MAO-B in aging mice brain was alsodecrease in a dose-dependent fashion.Thus. it is concluded that tie effect of Yi Zhi Jiaonang enhancing learning and memory may be through its abilityto influence the function of central chalinergic system and activity of MAO-B of the brain in mice.
