黄芪皂甙与黄芪多糖对急梗犬心的保护作用及其机制分析

摘　　要：生理学、生化学、形态学的１７项指标一致表明，自黄芪茎、叶中提取的皂甙与多糖，都对急梗犬心有改善心肌收缩性能、缩小心肌梗塞面积、减轻心肌损伤的作用。其机制可能与抑制Ｎａ－Ｋ－ＡＴＰ酶活性和抗自由基损伤作用有关。7 physiologic, biochemistric &. morphologic indexes consistently showed that both the saponins &.polysaccharide extracted from the stems and leaves of Astragulus were able to enhance the myocardial contractility, attenuate the area of myocardial infarction and reduce the myocardial demage on acute myocardial infarction heart of dog in vivo. The mechanism might be related to the inhibition of Na-K--ATPase activity and the anti-- free- radical-- damage action.
