洋金花总生物碱抗氧化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本文探讨了洋金花总生物碱对家犬肠缺血再灌注模型的影响。结果表明，洋金花总生物碱能提高内源性ＳＯＤ活力；抑制体内脂质过氧化物的生成，使血液和肠组织ＭＤＡ含量显著降低，亦使肠组织损伤减轻。提示洋金花总生物碱具有明显的抗氧化作用。he effect of flos daturae total alkaloid on intestine anoxia--reperfusion injury model in dogs was investigated. The results showed that flos dature total alkaloid could increase endogenous SOD activity, and inhibitprodution of the metabolite of lipid in body. In addition, the coment of MDA was signifcantly decrease inblood and intestine tissue, and no obvious injury of intestine tissue occured. These results suggested that flosdaturae total alkaloid may significantly have antioxidation.
