摘 要:急性中度失血可使麻醉家兔防御升压反应明显增强。切断双侧颈迷走神经和减压神经,防御升压反应无明显改变;静脉注射硝普钠以降低动脉血压至中度失血水平,防御升压反应则有所增加,但无统计意义(P>0.05)。兴奋颈动脉体化学感受器可以使刺激脑中央灰质(PAG)引起的防御升压反应明显增强。用利多卡因阻滞双侧窦神经传入冲动,则使失血后增强的防御升压反应明显降低。以上结果表明,中度急性失血后防御升压反应明显增强,主要是由于失血时外周化学感受器兴奋,易化了防御反应所致。The defence pressor response elicited by stimulating periaqueductal grey (PAG)increased significantly following moderate blood loss(15%~20% of total blood volume).The pressor response did not change significantly after bilateral vagotomy or section of aortic nerves,and increased slightly after the MBP was reduced by intravenous infusion of Nitropresside(P>0.05).On the other hand,much greater pressor response could be produced when the PAG was stimulated simultaneously with carotid chemoreceptor excitation than that of the PAG or chemoreceptor separately.The enhanced defence pressor response following moderate blood loss reduced after Lidocaine was infiltrated onto the carotid sinus nerves bilateraly.It is indicated that thd enhancement of the defence pressor response after moderate bleeding was mainly due to the facilitatory effect of peripheral chemoreceptor inputs on the defence pressor response.
