202例老年期心力衰竭患者心律失常分析

摘　　要：对202例老年前期、老年期心力衰竭患者的心律失常进行分析。发现随心力功能不全加重,各种心律失常发生率递增,以室性心律失常最显著。冠心病以室性心律失常为主,风心病以房性心律失常为主。房、室性心律失常分别与左房大、左室大有关。心功能与恶性心律失常为影响病人预后的主要指标。Arrhythmias were studied in 202 senile and presenile patients with congestive heart failure.It was found that more severe the heart failure,the higher of the incidence of various the arrhythmia,especially that of the ventricular arrhythmia.Ventricular arrhythmia was mainly in patients with coronary heart disease while atrial arrhythmia in patients with rheumatic heart disease.Ventricular and atrial arrhythmia had something to do with left ventricular and atrial enlage respectively.Cardiac function and malignant arrhythmias are the main indexes affecting prognosis of patients.
