摘 要:表征MIM喂料流变学性能的主要指标是喂料的粘度及粘度对应变和温度的敏感性,这些指标可统一用MIM喂料综合流变学因子进行评价。本文运用该评价因子研究了几种不同配方粘结剂的Kovar合金喂料的流变性能,并通过成形生坯强度和产品浇口痕迹进行综合比较,选择了一种最优的注射成形Kovar合金蜡基粘结剂。The main indexes to represent rheological properties of metal injection molding (MIM) feedstock are feedstock viscidity and its sensitivity to the strain rate and the temperature, which could be described as a general rheological index for MIM feedstock. The rheological properties of several kinds of Kovar alloy power injection molding (PIM) feedstocks with the binders made up in different formulations were evaluated using the general rheological index for MIM feedstock, and a best wax-based binder for the PIM of Kovar alloy was selected through comparing the strength of molded green blocks and the marks of in-gate on them.
