摘  要:目的:设计和制作“T”形和可调式踝足矫形器(AFO),探讨其对预防、矫治踝关节畸形的作用。 方法:截瘫、偏瘫及骨折患者中配戴“T”形AFO(T形组)40例,配戴传统式AFO(传统组)34例及可调式 AFO(可调组)10例,分别观察其踝关节活动度的保持状态。结果:配戴4-12周后T形组仅3例踝关节活 动度评为差,传统组10例,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);可调组中8例畸形状况明显改善。结论:“T” 形AFO可预防足下垂和内外翻足;可调式可以较好矫治踝关节畸形,2种既保留原有的功能,又增加和扩大 了对踝关节畸形的预防、矫治作用。Objective: To design and make “T” adjustable ankle-foot orthotics (AFO) and evaluate its effects on preventing and correcting ankle malformation. Methods: (1) Forty cases of paraplegia, hemiplegia and fracture wearing “T” AFO (“T” group) and 34 cases wearing traditional AFO (tradition group) were observed about their ankle activity maintenance. (2) Ten patients wearing adjustable AFO (adjustable group) were observed their ankles' activity change. Results: Ankles' activity of 3 patients in the “T” group and 10 cases in the tradition group had no improvement. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Ankle malformation of 8 cases in the adjustable group have shown distinct improvement. Conclusion: “T” AFO can guard against foot-drop, strephenopodia and strephexopodia. Meanwhile, adjustable AFO can correct ankle malformation better. These two kinds of improved AFO not only keep their original functions but also increase and enlarge the functions of preventing and correcting.
