摘 要:海州矿矿井水一直都以排放为主要处理方式 ,不仅污染了水资源 ,还造成水资源的浪费。水质分析表明 ,海州矿矿井水属高矿化度矿井水。针对矿井水含盐量高、硬度大的特点 ,对此类高矿化度矿井水的脱盐方法和脱盐率的影响因素进行了理论分析和试验研究。经过运行费用和运行可靠性等方面的分析比较 ,确定选用电渗析方法脱盐。试验选用了一定规格的电渗析器 ,在试验中通过改变电渗析器的工作条件 ,绘制曲线来分析主要工艺参数的变化对脱盐效率的影响。试验结果表明 ,在工作电压为 5 5 V、工作电流为 1.86A时 ,脱盐率达到 70 %以上。This paper aims to present a method on how to improve the desalting process of the coalmine water in Haizhou open pit. As a practice for years, draining has been taken as the main processing method in the pit, which not only polluted water resources, but also brought about large amount of waste. Water quality analysis results indicate that the mine water over there is highly mineralized. In terms of water quality standards on the high salt content and hardness of mining water, a theoretical analysis has been done to assess the influential factors of desalting methods and desalting rate. The analysis and comparison of the treating cost and treating reliability made us decide to take the electrodialysis as a realistic method. Furthermore, the experimental selection from among the many kinds of electrodialysis, a standardized electrodialysis has been chosen. In addition, lots of work has been done to improve the working conditions of electrodialysis during the experimental research period. As a result, the curve is drawn to analyze the influence of the desalting rate on the leading technological parameters. The experimental results show that when the operation voltage is 55 V and the electric current is 1.86 A, the desalting rate is over 70%.
