摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了乙酰甲胺磷原药的含量 ,该方法的平均回收率为 1 0 0 .86% ,变异系数为 0 .3 6% .The analysis of acephate by Reversed-Phase HPLC (high performance Liquid Chromatography) was performed.The results show that average recovery reach 100.86% and with the relative standand deviation of 0.36%.The method is also suitable for the analysis of EC and WP (emulsion and powder) of acephate.
