34例肠结核的诊断和治疗体会

摘　　要：目的 :总结肠结核的诊治经验。方法 :回顾分析34例肠结核患者的诊治情况及文献综述。结果 :肠结核临床表现以腹痛、低热为主 ,须结合X线检查 ,纤维结肠镜加活检进行诊断。22例非手术治疗治愈 ,12例因肠梗阻、肠穿孔、腹部肿块、肠瘘等并发症而行手术治疗。结论 :钡餐、钡灌肠、纤维结肠镜是有效的检查方法 ,仅在出现并发症时才考虑手术。Objective:To sum up the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal tuberculosis.Methods:The clinical data of the diagnosis and treatment in34patients with intestinal tuberculosis in our hospital from1980to2003combined with the literatures were analysed retrospectively.Results:The chief complaints of the intestinal tuberculosis patients were chronic abdominal pain and lowfever,and must be comˉbined with X-ray and colonscopy to perform accurate diagnosis.22cases were successfully treated by conservative therapy,while12accepted operative therapy for the complications such as complete intestinal obstraction,acute intestinal perforation,abdominal mass,intestinal fistula and so on.Conclusion:The barium meal,barium enema and fibrocolonoscopy are effective examination methods,operation may be done only when the complications occur.
