摘　　要：目的 :探讨盐酸异丙嗪糖浆的制备及质量控制。方法 :制备盐酸异丙嗪糖浆 ,在 pH2的条件下 ,盐酸异丙嗪与氯化钯形成稳定络合物用紫外线可见光分光光度计于470nm处测定吸收度。结果 :平均回收率为100.62 %,RSD为0 .86 %(n=9)。结论 :本制剂处方合理 ,含量测定方法简便、准确 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective:To introduce the preparation and quality control of promethazin hydrochlorid syrup.Methods:Producing the prometˉhazine hydrochlorid syrup;promethazin hydrochlorid and palladium chloride formed stabilization complex in the condition of PH2,the optical denˉsity of stabilization complex was determined in470nm.Results:The average recovery was100.62%,and the RSD was0.86%(n=9).Conclusion:The method of preparation is reasonable,the content determination is simple and accurate,which is suitable for the quality of this preparation.
