摘  要:在温室中采用砂培法以 4种氮素营养水平(1.75、3.5 0、7.0 0和 14 .0 0mmol/L)培养移栽的高山红景天 ,5 0d后测定了生长状况和根的红景天苷含量。株高、全株生物量、地上部分生物量随氮水平的增加而增加 ,而根生物量、根冠比则随着氮水平的增加而降低。在氮水平为 7mmol/L左右时 ,高山红景天根中红景天苷的含量和产量最高 ,而低氮水平和高氮水平均不利于红景天苷的积累。Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor, a perennial Crassulacean herb, is a typical alpine plant, and has high medicinal value due to salidroside in its root. To investigate the effects of N supply on plant growth and salidroside content in its root, an experiment was conducted in a greenhouse in April 2000. On April 27, 3-year-old plants of Rh. sachalinensis grown in a nursery were transplanted to pots in a greenhouse for sandy culture. Four N level treatments (N content was 1.35, 3.50, 7.00 and 14.00 mmol/L respectively) were supplied after shoots germination. Plant height (Fig.1A) , biomass of whole plant and aboveground part (Fig.1B) increased, while biomass of root (Fig.1B) and root/shoot ratio (Fig.1C) decreased with an increase of N supply. The content and yield of salidroside in roots of Rh. sachalinensis were both higher at 7 mmol/L of N level than those at other selected levels (Fig.2), which may suggest that both higher and lower N levels don’t do favor to the production and accumulation of salidroside.
