摘　　要：　从国内外钢铁产业的发展趋势出发,结合新钢公司的现状,系统分析了新钢发展的必然选择———实施精品战略、打造精品基地,并简要阐述了新钢实施精品战略的初步设想。From developing regular at home and abroad iron and steel industry,combined with status of Xinsteel Co.,Xinsteel developing highly finished products as an inevitable selection is analysed.Meanwhile,a tentative idea of implementation highly finised products strategy is expounded.
