摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的手术治疗.方法对21例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折采用早期开放复位,AO重建Y型钛钢板内固定及早期功能锻炼的方法进行治疗.结果全部病例术后随访时间为6个月～3年,优良率为95.2%.结论采用AO重建Y型钛钢板治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折,具有良好的复位效果,坚强的内固定及早期功能锻炼的优点.Objective Study of surgical treatment of humeral condylar comminuted fractures.Methods Twenty-one cases with humeral condylar comminuted fractures were treated by early open reduction Y-shaped plate internal fixation and early physiotherapy.Results Postoperative follow-up period was from six months to three years.The excellent and good rate was 95.2%.Conclusion It has advantages such as good effect of reduction rigid internal fixation and early physiotherapy in the treatment of humeral condylar comminuted fractures with Y-shaped plate fixation.
