摘  要:在进行大位移测量时,设计了一种能产生均匀梯度磁场的锥形螺线管,从理论上推导出了锥形螺线管内部轴线方向磁感应强度计算公式,通过实验验证了公式的正确性,实验证明:这种锥形螺线管内部轴线方向产生的均匀梯度磁场可用于大位移的自动测量,且测量范围较宽、测量精度高、结构简单。A kind of cone-shaped solenoid for generating even grad magnetic field is designed during the course of wide displacement measurement,and a formula for computing the magnetic induction along axes in the solenoid is derived in theory and is also valid by experiment.Experiment result shows that an even grad magnetic field generated along axes in the cone-shaped solenoid is applied to automatic measurement of wide displacement.The specially designed solenoid combining with a Hall sensor has the advantage of displacement measurement with wider range, higher measuring precision and simple structure.
