摘  要:以黄河水资源可再生性和可持续性发展为指导 ,确定了黄河流域多维临界调控的主要目标 ;将控制论、协同论、耗散结构理论引入水资源系统 ,提出了基于这三大理论的水资源系统多维临界调控方法 ;按照对复杂系统“从定性到定量综合集成”的研究思路 ,建立了黄河流域多维临界调控控制论仿真模型 ,对 2 1世纪黄河水资源调控进行了模拟研究 。Using the theory on recycle and sustainability of Yellow River water resources as the guideline, this paper puts forward this main objectives of Yellow River multi-dimension critical adjustment and control. The control theory, synergetic theory and dissipation structure theory were first introduced into water resources system and based on these theories, the multi-dimension critical adjustment and control theory of water resources system was put forward. According to the study method from the qualitative study to the quantitative integration for complex system, the authors established the multi-dimension critical adjustment and control model for the Yellow River, simulating the Yellow River water problem of 21st century with lots of sceneries and realizing the optimal allocation in order to achieve the sustainable development of Yellow River water resources.
