摘 要:在对淮河中游行洪区不同启用时机和方式的物理过程进行比较分析的基础上 ,利用概化河段单一行洪区数学模型 ,计算分析得出行洪区在不同类型的洪水情况下 。In the middle reaches of Huai River, it is very important to use the flood diversion works to reduce the loss from the flood disaster. Commonly, the flood diversion work has two gates: the gate near upriver and the gate near downriver. There are three modes of using the flood diversion works, the first mode is that both of gates open at the same time, the second mode is that the gate near downriver opens after the gate near upriver has opened, the third mode is that the gate near upriver opens after the gate near downriver has opened. There are two factors that influence the flood diversion works. One is the time of using the works, another is the mode. This paper presents the different result of using the flood diversion works in the condition of different times and modes of using flood diversion works by analyzing the physical course and the mathematical model using the diversion works.
