摘　　要：目的:分析我院抗组胺药的应用现状及趋势预测,引导临床合理用药。方法:采用用药金额和用药频度排序法,对我院2001～2003年抗组胺药应用情况进行统计分析。结果:第一代抗组胺药的用药频度呈下降趋势,第二代稳步上升。结论:毒副作用小,服用方便,经济高效的抗组胺药是医生患者的首选。Objective: To analyze the present used situation and tendency of antihistamine drug in our hospital to guide the clinical rational drug-used.Method: The used situation was analysed according to the order of consumption sum and order of the DDDs of the antihistamine drugs which were applied in our hospital from 2001 to 2003.Result: The DDDs of the first generation antihistamine drugs was trending to decline, but that of the second was trending to increase constantly.Conclusion: Antihistamine drugs were primarily adopted as ADRs because of a little harm, simple administration, cheaper, and effective.
