参附注射液对腹透患者残余肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨参附注射液在腹膜透析中作用。方法　选择肾功衰竭病例 ,在常规透析液中加用参附注射液静点 ,1次 /d ,14d为 1个疗程。设定诸多反映残余肾功的指标。结果　采用参附注射液静点组测定治疗后KT/V值 ,Ccr ,RRF及尿量等均优于对照组。结论　参附注射液配合传统透析 。Objective To discuss the action of Shenfu injection on abdominal dialysis. Methods The renal failure patient was dialyzed routinely and injected shenfu per day 14 days as a course. The renal function was detected. Results The KT/V, CCR, RRF and urine volume in therapy group were better that those in control group. Conclusion The shenfu injection combined with traditional methods could treat and protect the residual renal function.
