周围神经刺激器在临床麻醉中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨周围神经刺激器在臂丛神经阻滞中应用的可行性。方法　使用STIMU -PLEX -DIGB/BRAUN周围神经刺激器和长度为 10 0mm的B/BRAUN产绝缘穿刺针 ,通过减小、变化电流强度 ,可获知穿刺性定位情况 ,从而达到神经阻滞的目的。结果　应用周围神经刺激器定位神经阻滞麻醉的 30例病人中 ,无 1例术中感觉异常 ,均对 1Hz ,2mA/0 .1ms的电刺激产生肌震颤 ,降至 0 .5mA时仍有肌肉收缩的为 2 8例 ,占总数的 93.3%。结论　通过周围神经刺激器定位神经阻滞的优势显而易见 ,麻醉效果确切 。Objective To discuss the possibility of application of peripheral nerve stimulator in brachial plexus blockage. Methods The STIMU-PLEX-DIG B/BRAUN stimulator and 100 mm insulation needle were used to blockage the peripheral nerve with variation and alternation of current strength. Results There was 93.3% muscle contraction ratio in 30 cases who had received blockage anesthesia with 0.5 mA. Conclusion The stimulator could reach the localized blockage anesthesia with good effect and advantages.
