护理督导制在护理管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的　改革护理管理模式 ,探讨护理督导制在医院护理管理中的作用。方法　取消科护士长层级 ,通过竞争上岗 ,设立护理督导岗位 ,实行护理部———护理单元 (病区 )二级管理。结果　实施护理督导制 ,护理部加大了对护理人力调控、护理质量监控的管理力度 ,增强了对各临床病区的直接调控职能。结论　实施护理督导制 ,护理部对临床一线直接行使权、责、效的控制 ,对护理质量的提高起着重要作用。Objective\ To reform the nursing mode and study function of the nursing supervisor system in the hospital the nursing management. Methods With the competitive selection, the nursing supervisor is elected, The administration system of the two class, the nursing department and nursing unit(disease area) is performed. Results Carrying out the nursing supervisor system, the nursing department has enlarged the power of adjusting nursing manpower and inspecting nursing quanlity, strengthened the direct management function to the clinical disease area. Conclusion The nursing administrative mode makes that the nursing department control with combine action of power,duty and effect.The clinical nursing work directly.It play important role in rising of the nursing quanlity.
