摘　　要：开发基础设施项目投资风险预警系统首先要设计投资风险预警指标,本文为了建立基础设施投资风险预警指标体系,应用层次分析法,定量确定基础设施项目投资风险预警指标的权重,并以此来选择项目投资风险预警指标.The first step to develop the investment risk early-warning system of infrastructure project is to design the investment risk early-warning index. This paper establishes the indicator system of investment risk at infrastructure project. Then, using analytic hierarchy process (APH), the weights of investment risk early-warning index at infrastructure project are determined quantificationally, which can be used to determine the investment risk early-warning index.
