一种新型多功能重油、燃料油添加剂的研究

摘　　要：通过对乳化重油稳定性、氧弹热值测试和生产的实际应用 ,得到一种由多种表面活性剂复合组成的新型多功能重油、燃料油添加剂。它既能将重油加水乳化 ,又具备催化、助燃功能 ,同时还可将乳化油中的残渣高度分散 ,从而提高乳化油储存和燃烧稳定性。该添加剂乳化工艺简单 ,使用后可消除重油、燃料油燃烧时的黑烟 ,节油率达 10 %～2 0 % ,掺水率达 10 %～ 30 % ,燃烧烟尘中 ,游离碳减少 15 %～ 30 % ,CO减少 5 0 %～ 70 % ,明显降低了环境污染 ,在生产应用中取得了较好的效果。By testing the stability and oxygen-bomb calorific value of the emulsified oil, combined with real-world applications in manufacturing. We created a multi-function heavy and fuel oil additive, which is composed of various surface-active a-gents. It can emulsified heavy oil with water and served as a catalyst and a combustion improver. At the same time, it dispersed remnant in the emulsified oil, thus improved the storage and combustion stability. The process of manufacturing emulsified oil by using this additive is simple. It can dissolved black smoke during combustion of oil, saving oil to 10%-20%, adding water 10%-30% while in the dust, reducing free carbon to 15%-30% and CO to 50%-70%, which decreased the environmental pollution significantly. The additive brought a good result in the manufactory.
