区域核心竞争力评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：区域核心竞争力理论是区域经济学和战略管理最新理论的综合。从理论上对区域核心竞争力的概念做了严格的定义 ,分析了区域核心竞争力概念的内涵 ,探讨了区域核心竞争力的构成要素 ,提出了测度指标体系设计的原则 ,构建了区域核心竞争力测度指标体系。最后采用模糊综合评价模型给出了具体的测评指标 ,为区域核心竞争力的识别、培育与强化提供了有意义的参考。The theory of regional core competence is the integration of the latest theories in regional economics and strategy management. The strict definition of the regional core competence was proposed. The paper analyzed the connotation of the regional core competence's concept and probes the factors composed of regional core competence. At the same time the design principle of the assessment index system on regional core competence was proposed. According to the design principle, the assessment index system on regional core competence was built up. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment was adopted in the assessment index system. Some beneficial references were proposed to distinguish, foster and strengthen the regional core competence.
