摘  要:目的:研究茜草对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠心肌线粒体细胞色素含量的影响。方法:以D-半乳糖致裘小鼠为模型,观察茜草对心肌线粒体呼吸链细胞色素b、c、aa3和丙二醛(MDA)含量、Mn-超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性的影响。结果:茜草可提高衰老小鼠心肌线粒体呼吸链细胞色素b、c、aa3的含量和Mn-SOD的活性,并降低MDA含量。结论:茜草能减轻线粒体过氧化损伤,通过抑制线粒体的脂质过氧化和提高呼吸链细胞色素的含量达到延缓衰老的目的。Objective: To study the contents of cytochrome b, c, aa3and the effects of Rubia cordifolia L. on myocardiocytes of senile mice induced by D-gal. Method: The senile mouse models induced by D-gal were prepared. The effects of Rubia cordifolia L. on the Mn - SOD activities and the contents of cytochrome b,c,aa3(cyt b, c and aa3) and MDA in the myocardial mitochondria were observed. Results: The Rubia cordifolia L. enhanced the Mn -SOD activities,the content of cyt b, c and aa3,and decreased content of MDA in the myocardial mitochondria in senile mouse model. Conclusions: Rubia cordifolia L. can relieve the damage by peroxidation of myocardial mitochondria. Rubia cordifolia L. has the antioxidative function by diminishing mitochondria lipid peroxidation and improving contents of cytochrome b, c, aa3.
