摘 要:在半序批式反应器中,研究了反应温度、pH、起始浓度和气体流量等对阳离子红 X-GRL 染料臭氧氧化的影响。在确定比相界面积、液相传质系数和化学计量比的基础上,运用双膜理论证明了臭氧与阳离子红 X-GRL的反应发生在液相主体、反应处于慢速反应动力学区域。反应动力学速度常数与温度和 pH 的关系为:k = 77505exp(?18062/ RT)[OH?]0.003 (L?mol?1?s?1),反应的活化能为 18.062kJ?mol?1。The reaction between ozone and aqueous solution of Cationic Red X-GRL was investigated by gas absorption experiments in a semi-batch reactor. The experiments were conducted by modifying the gas flow rate, initial dye concentration, temperature and pH. The liquid mass transfer coefficient, the interfacial area and the stoichiometric ratio between ozone and dye were evaluated. A model based on the film theory was used to determine the rate constant and the kinetic regime. The Hatta number of the reaction is between 0.026 and 0.041, which indicates that the reaction occurs in the liquid bulk, corresponding to the slow kinetic regime. The kinetics results obtained support a second order overall reaction, first order with respect to both reactions of ozone and dye. The rate constant was correlated as a function of temperature and pH with activation energy of 18.062 kJ·mol-1 by the expression: k = 77505exp (-18062/RT) [OH-]0.003 (L·mol-1·s-1).
