摘　　要：指出脉冲反吹技术在过滤除尘工艺中得到了普遍应用。给出了基于单片机的脉冲反吹控制仪核心电路设计方案与实现方法,并介绍了系统主要软件流程。该控制仪能实时线性调整电磁阀导通时序,测控精度高,简单实用,具有广泛应用价值。The pulse-jet cleaning technologies have been widely used in filtration and dust cleaning.The key design scheme and the method to carry out the pulse-jet cleaning controller based on MCU were presented in the paper.The main software flow charts were also introduced.With high precision in measuring and controlling process,this controller could adjust the conduction-sequence of the valve linearly in real time. It was simple and valuable; therefore it has a good application foreground.
