外源植物激素对黄连种子后熟与萌发的影响

摘　　要：应用正交设计及方差分析方法研究外源植物激素GA3、NAA、6-BA对黄连种子胚率、裂口率、发芽率影响;结果表明胚率受三种激素共同影响,裂口率受到GA3和NAA的显著影响,发芽率受到NAA的显著影响,其中5号处理组合(GA35mg/L,NAA0.5mg/L,6-BA0.1mg/L)能显著提高胚率、裂口率及发芽率,是促进黄连种子后熟与萌发的最优激素组合.throue orthogonal experiment design and analysis of variance study the effect′s of outer-hormone(GA_3、NAA、6-BA)in course of embryo store maturity and seed sprouting of Coptis Chinesis Franch.The result indicated that embryo percentage was subjected to the combined effect of three outer-hormone,seed breach percentage was subjected to GA_3 and NAA,germination percentage was subjected to NAA;among others the optimal compounding is GA_3 5 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L and 6-BA 0.1 mg/L.
