摘　　要：本文在广泛收集史料的基础上,追溯了蹦床运动的起源,比赛项目的设置以及世界蹦床运动的发展现状, 特别是我国女子网上单人在2004年雅典奥运会上获得铜牌后,蹦床项目如何整体快速赶超世界先进水平以及在 2008年北京奥运会上实现金牌突破应采取的对策。After a search of historic materials, the authors of this paper have looked back on the origin of trampoline and studied the designing of its events and the current developing situation of this sport in the world. Countermoves are proposed as to how to catch up with the world standard swiftly and to win gold medals in the Olympic Games of 2008 after a bronze medal of Women's individual was won during the 2004 Olympic Games.
