摘　　要：通过对武陵山区少数民族大学生健康状况的调查与分析,得出有很大一部分学生处于"亚健康"状态的结 论,同时提出解决这一问题的主要途径是各级学校的体育与健康教育。Through an investigation and analysis of the health conditions of minority college students in Wuling mountain area, the authors of this paper conclude that a large portion of the students are in a condition of 'subhealth 'and propose that the solution for this problem lies in physical education and health education provided by schools at different levels.
