摘  要:目的提高脊髓损伤(SCI)病人瘫痪膀胱充盈度感觉代偿功能和自主排尿功能。方法2002年11月至2003年12月,对52例SCI病人于伤后1周开始进行卧位、半坐卧位或坐位的生物反馈训练,观察病人对膀胱充盈度的感觉及代偿功能恢复情况,测定脱离导尿管后自主排尿恢复时间及膀胱残余尿量(RUV)。结果本组全部于出院前完成自主排尿过程,拔除尿管时间为15~53d,平均30±15d;92.3%的病人对膀胱充盈度感觉代偿功能基本正常,76.9%的病人RUV≤100ml。结论生物反馈训练法能有效提高SCI病人膀胱充盈度的感觉代偿功能和自主排尿功能。Objective To improve the feeling compensation of paralytic bladder and auto-urination function in spinal cord injury (SCI) patients.Methods 52 SCI patients hospitalized during November, 2002 to October, 2003 were studied. Biological feedback training at supine or half-supine position was adopted 1 week after the injury. The feeling compensation, auto-urination recovery and residual urine volume (RUV) were observed.Results All 52 patients regained auto-urination before they were discharged, and the recovery time was 15 to 53 (averaged 30±15) days. The feeling compensation of paralysis bladder was normal in 92.3%(48/52)of the patients, and RUV less than 100ml in 76.9% (40/52) of them. Conclusion The biological feedback training can effectively improve the feeling compensation and auto-urination function of the paralytic bladder.
