摘　　要：卫生经济改革是中国当前改革的热点之一 ,农村卫生经济改革不仅关系到整个社会的稳定 ,而且密切关系到农村居民卫生状况的改善 ,它是满足农村居民卫生服务需求 ,提高农村居民健康水平 ,解决城乡之间卫生资源不公平性的重要战略措施。Hygiene economy reform is one of hotspots in current reform of China. The reform in rural areas impacts not only the whole society's stability but also the improvement of inhabitants' hygiene situations in rural areas, which is important strategic measure to meet the demands of peasants for hygiene services, improve the level of peasants' health and solve the unbalance of iatrical installations between city and rural areas. Speeding up the hygiene reform in rural areas is the urgent problem to be solved.
