摘 要:针对某六角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉存在的受热面结渣问题,应用激光多普勒测速仪(PDA),对燃烧器出口区域气流的旋转特性进行了三维冷态试验研究,采用标准的k ε双方程湍流模型进行了数值模拟研究,安排了原始设计工况和加大上层燃烧器二次风假想切圆直径的改进工况.研究结果表明,燃烧器六角布置的锅炉,炉内气流旋转较弱,炉膛角部出现二次旋涡,主旋转气流呈动态椭圆形.适当地采用一、二次风同心双切圆布置形式,能够有效地改善炉内气流的旋转特性,从而抑制受热面结渣现象的发生.Aimed at the slag problem on heat transfer surface of a six corners tangentially fired pulverized coal boiler, applying Phase Doppler Anemometer (PDA), a three dimensions cold experiment for investigating gas-flow rotation characteristics near burner region was performed, and numerical simulation was made with standard k-e two-equation turbulence model. Initial design case and improved case were designed, which the imaginary tangential circle diameter of secondary air at top burners were increased. Study results show gas-flow rotation in six corners boiler is weak, and secondary vortex appears in the corner of furnace, main rotational gas-flow is showed in dynamic ellipse. Adopting homocentric two tangential circles of primary air and secondary air properly can improve gas-flow rotation characteristics in furnace effectively, thus, slag is controlled.
