磷酸盐改性波特兰水泥提高玻纤耐碱性

摘　　要：研究了用磷酸二氢钾为外加剂对玻璃纤维增强水泥板 (GRC)各项性能的影响 ,通过SEM观察GRC内部的水化产物形貌以及玻璃纤维的受侵蚀程度 ,分析外加剂对GRC的作用机理。实验结果表明 ,外加剂磷酸二氢钾有利于GRC的强度发挥 ,并有利于降低波特兰水泥碱度 ,使玻璃纤维耐久性得到提高。Discussed the influence of additive-phosphate on properties of glassfiber reinforced cement(GRC).Observed the shape of hydrate product inside GRC and the corrosion of the glass fiber by SEM.Analysed effect mechanism of the additive to GRC.The experiment result come out that the additive is in favor of the enhancement of the strength and is helpful to the decline of basicity and the improvement of glass fiber's durability.
