细胞离心涂片机制作液基细胞涂片在宫颈病变诊断中的可行性评估

摘　　要：目的 :评价用细胞离心涂片机制作液基细胞涂片在宫颈病变中的诊断价值及临床意义。方法 :采集宫颈脱落细胞后 ,立即洗入生理盐水中 ,用 Cytospin4细胞离心涂片机离心 5 min,制成宫颈液基细胞涂片。结果 :手工涂片组共 16 80 0例 ,阳性病例共 6 6例 ,其阳性率为 0 .39% ;液基细胞组共 10 74 0例 ,阳性病例共 15 5例 ,其阳性率 1.4 4% ;后者的阳性检出率提高了 3.5倍 ,且两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论 :采用细胞离心涂片机制作宫颈液基细胞涂片可以明显提高宫颈脱落细胞的阳性检出率。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of liquid-based smear with cytospin in diagnosis of cervical squamous intraepit heliallesions.Methods The cervical samples were collected into liquid buffer for smear with cytospin after five minutes anticyclone.Results16 800 cases with the traditional papsmear,its spositive number and positive rate were 66 and 0.39 %;10 740 cases with the liquid-based smear,its positive number and positive rate were 155 and 1.44 %.Compared with the former,the latter's positive rate was improved 3.5 times.There were statistical significant.Conclusions Compared with the traditional papsmear,cervical liquid-based smear with cytospin can better improve the positive rate in dagnosis of cervical lesions.
