摘　　要：The fiscal revenue ofShanghai increased in 2004, andtopped RMB100 bil-lion for the first time.The data from property tax system showed that the local fiscal revenue of Shanghai were RMB 111.97 billion, up 24.5% compared with 2003, which fulfilled thebudget.
