摘　　要：全面建设小康社会,必须解决由于区域经济发展不平衡所造成的地区差距问题。区域经济问题的解决,必须以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,运用综观经济学理论来研究区域经济协调发展问题,才能更有效地整合和提升我国区域经济内部及其相互之间的全面、协调、可持续发展,提高综观经济效益和国内外的市场竞争力,逐步缩小地区差距,实现区域经济协调发展。To build a well-off society, we must solve the problem of regional differences due to imbalance of regional economic development,which reliesheavily onthe guidance of DENGXiaoping’s theoryand the“Three Represents”. We must also try to carry out what is legislated in “ The 16th National People’s Congress” and the “The Third and the Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 16th Central Committee of the Party”; to apply a comprehensive view of economic theories to studying the concordant developmental strategies in regional economy so as to effectively advance an overall, concordant and sustainable development in our regional and inter-regional economy; to en- hance the comprehensive economical interest and our competitive ability in both the national and international markets; and to reduce gradually the regional differences so as to realize our concordant developmental strategies in regional economy
