摘　　要：目的　研究氟污染对人群健康的影响。方法　对某大型化工厂厂区及周围水的氟化物含量进行监测 ,对氟污染区工人和儿童 5 45人及周边村民对照组 75人进行上呼吸道慢性炎症、尿氟、氟斑釉、SIgA、皮肤碱抗力的调查。结果　工人咽炎和鼻炎高于儿童及对照区 ,工人、儿童氟斑釉高于村民对照组而SIgA低于村民对照组。结论　氟污染已对周围人群健康造成了一定的影响。Objective To study the effect induced by fluorine pollution on human health. Methods The contents of fluorides in water in and around a large size chemical factory were under monitoring. 545 workers and children living in polluted area and 75 villagers living around as control were selected to be measured such indexes as chronic pharyngitis and coryza, urine fluorine, dental fluorosis, secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) and the alkaline resistance of skin. Results It is found that the prevalence rates of chronic pharyngitis and coryza in workers were higher than in children or controls, those of dental fluorosis in workers or children were higher than in control while the SIgA was opposite. Conclusion The fluorine pollution has resulted in effect on human health.
